1. Services Offered

Closer Lives provides educational, informational, and lifestyle content through various digital formats:

• Programs & Courses: Structured, multi-module, or multi-day educational tracks.

• Live One-on-One Sessions: Scheduled, real-time individual consultations or coaching.

• Group Q&A Sessions: Interactive live or digital group coaching and community forums.

• On-Demand Videos: Pre-recorded streaming video content.

• PDF Library: Downloadable guides, workbooks, checklists, and text resources.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

All materials provided within the Services—including videos, PDFs, worksheets, audio, graphics, logos, and course structures—are the sole intellectual property of Closer Lives.

• Limited License: When you purchase or enroll, you are granted a single-user, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the materials for personal, non-commercial use only.

• Prohibited Uses: You may not copy, share, resell, distribute, reproduce, or claim ownership of any content within our Services. Sharing account login credentials or downloaded PDFs with non-purchasers is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of access without a refund.

3. Payment, Fees, & Billing

• Pricing: Prices for all Services are outlined at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time.

• Payment Plans: If a subscription or installment payment plan is chosen, you authorize Closer Lives to automatically charge your designated payment method on the scheduled dates.

• Failed Payments: If a payment fails, your access to courses, live sessions, and digital libraries will be automatically suspended until your balance is cleared.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Digital Products (On-Demand Videos, Courses, & PDF Library): Due to the immediate, downloadable nature of digital assets, all sales for on-demand content, courses, and PDF downloads are final and non-refundable.

• Live One-on-One Sessions: Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 Hours prior to the scheduled session. Failure to show up or notify us within this window will result in the forfeiture of the session fee.

• Programs & Group Q&As: All sales are final. No refunds will be issued once a program begins.

5. Client Conduct & Community Rules

For live group Q&As, community boards, and interactive sessions, you agree to maintain a respectful, professional environment.

• Zero Tolerance: Bullying, harassment, hate speech, spamming, or promoting outside businesses/links without permission will result in immediate removal from the group and termination of Services without a refund.

• Privacy of Others: You must respect the confidentiality of other participants in group settings. Recording or screenshotting group Q&A sessions without express permission from the Company and all participants is strictly prohibited.

6. Disclaimers & Professional Liability

• Educational Purpose Only: The content provided across all Services is for educational, informational, and lifestyle purposes only. It does not constitute professional medical, legal, psychological, or financial advice.

• No Guarantees: Closer Lives makes no guarantees regarding specific results, income earnings, or personal outcomes from participating in our programs or using our materials. Your success depends entirely on your own effort, implementation, and unique situation.

• Assumption of Risk: You assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages resulting from your implementation of the information provided in our videos, PDFs, or live sessions.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Closer Lives and its affiliates, employees, or contractors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Services. In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the total amount paid by you to Closer Lives for the specific service in question.

8. Term and Termination

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to terminate your access to any or all Services at any time, without notice, if you breach these Terms and Conditions. Upon termination, your right to use the Services immediately ceases, and you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal actions must be brought in the courts located within Ottawa.

10. Modifications to Terms

Closer Lives reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our Services after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
