By accessing or purchasing our programs, courses, live 1-on-1 sessions, group Q&As, on-demand videos, and PDF library (collectively, the “Services”), you (“Client,” “User,” or “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Services Offered Closer Lives provides educational, informational, and lifestyle content through various digital formats: Programs & Courses: Structured, multi-module, or multi-day educational tracks. Live One-on-One Sessions: Scheduled, real-time individual consultations or coaching. Group Q&A Sessions: Interactive live or digital group coaching and community forums. Live One-on-One Sessions: Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 Hours prior to the scheduled session. Failure to show up or notify us within this window will result in the forfeiture of the session fee. Programs & Group Q&As: All sales are final. No refunds will be issued once a program begins. 5. Client Conduct & Community Rules For live group Q&As, community boards, and interactive sessions, you agree to maintain a respectful, professional environment. Zero Tolerance: Bullying, harassment, hate speech, spamming, or promoting outside businesses/links without permission will result in immediate removal from the group and termination of Services without a refund. Privacy of Others: You must respect the confidentiality of other participants in group settings. Recording or screenshotting group Q&A sessions without express permission from the Company and all participants is strictly prohibited. 6. Disclaimers & Professional Liability Educational Purpose Only: The content provided across all Services is for educational, informational, and lifestyle purposes only.
